Thanks this looks interesting. I recall reading some pretty broad claims from trafficera about their services but didnt realise they had launched.
Targetted traffic like this never works.
The traffic is not actually interested in your site which means conversion rates will be very very low indeed.
I once bought a load of traffic. The time they stayed on my site was 10 seconds max.

Yes buying incentive traffic is not a very productive way of promoting your website, unless you just want to increase rankings like alexa, compete, etc..
