Targetted traffic like this never works.

The traffic is not actually interested in your site which means conversion rates will be very very low indeed.

I once bought a load of traffic. The time they stayed on my site was 10 seconds max.

Yes buying incentive traffic is not a very productive way of promoting your website, unless you just want to increase rankings like alexa, compete, etc..
